Wild times, no? Listen, I know it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me. This “girl” has been too damn busy for an eating disorder. I’ve spent my time growing and flourishing and evolving into a pretty cool, healthy human, if I do say so myself. But, as I’m sure you’re all aware, life has come to a screeching halt as we all adjust to this new normal of self isolation and endless hours of ennui.

It's been three years since our last blog post. Since people still stop by and sign up for the mail list occasionally, I thought it would be a good idea to update everybody.

Recovery Girl is now almost 20, living on her own, and fully recovered from her eating disorder. Good to know that it's possible, right? This podcast and web site was part of that recovery process, and both of us still think it's important enough to keep the episodes and resources available that I'm paying to keep the site alive for as long as I can.

There won't, of course, be any new episodes. I sometimes add something to our Resources page, but don't expect additional content beyond this post.

We hope that we've helped people feel less lonely, and that we've provided some useful tips and encouragement. Keep on fighting eating disorders — one bite at a time!

If you've listened to Episode 9 you know that we're hanging up our masks and capes for a while. As we said, we'll keep this web site going as long as we can, and hope to keep adding resources and recipes.

Recovery Dad just noticed that he forgot to add the audio for some of the episodes to the pages here on the web site. He has been chastised, and was sent to bed early.

But all of the podcast audio is now on the web site, so you can listen to all 9 episodes right here any time you want. They'll still be available via iTunes, etc. as well.

We wish you all the best on your recovery, and hope that the episodes are helpful. We know that new people are being diagnosed all the time, and we think these pages and episodes can go on helping you fight eating disorders one bite at a time.
